These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website 43extension.com (the “Site”) and related services provided by 43 Extension (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Site or Services.
43 Extension – Custom Bundle Terms & Conditions
All products sold are custom-made 5oz luxury bundles (Top Raw and Top Virgin Hair).
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All bundles are made-to-order and are not pre-made or stocked
Production time is 3–5 business days before shipment
This timeframe is required to ensure proper customization, quality, and craftsmanship
Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for custom orders.
Customers agree that the processing time is part of the service for custom bundles, and not a delay
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept:
The custom nature of the product
The 3–5 business day production timeframe
That all sales are final due to customization

Luxury Custom Hair Extensions
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our Services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. Products and Services
Hair Products: We sell high-end Filipino and Laos hair bundles, wigs, closures, and frontals.
Customization: Custom units may be styled, plucked, and bleached. Standard units are sold unstyled.
Availability: All products are subject to availability.
3. Pre-Order Terms
Some items may be pre-order only. Processing times are 5–7 business days, with shipping taking 2–4 business days after processing.
Pre-order items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to these timelines. Delays may occur due to supply chain or shipping issues.
4. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Credit/Debit, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Shop Pay, Affirm.
Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Payment failures may occur due to incorrect billing/shipping information, insufficient funds, or exceeding credit limits.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Route Insurance and Shipping
We strongly recommend Route Insurance at checkout. Route protects against lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.
Without Route Insurance, 43 Extension is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed orders.
Standard shipping times: 2–4 business days after processing.
We are not responsible for missed appointments due to delayed delivery.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. 43 Extension does not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.
Exceptions: Exchanges will only be considered if:
43 Extension shipped the wrong product by mistake, or
The product received is defective upon arrival.
To request an exchange under these circumstances, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the incorrect or defective product.
43 Extension reserves the right to approve or deny exchanges at our discretion.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
Please carefully review your order, including product, quantity, and shipping details before confirming payment.
8. Wig and Hair Arrival Disclaimer
Wigs, hair bundles, and custom units may arrive unstyled unless specified as custom.
Delivery delays can occur due to shipping carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen events.
We are not responsible for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or styling delays caused by shipping or arrival timing.
9. Liability Disclaimer
43 Extension is not liable for:
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments without Route Insurance
Hair styling results, color outcomes, or chemical treatments performed by the customer or a third party
Missed appointments due to late delivery
All products are intended for professional or personal use; we assume no liability for misuse or improper handling.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is owned by 43 Extension or used with permission.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Site content is strictly prohibited.
11. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to use our Site and Services lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in Schaumburg, Illinois courts, or via binding arbitration if agreed.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect business, legal, or operational changes.
Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Processing, Payment Verification & Shipping Information
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time allows our team to verify payment, confirm order details, and carefully prepare your Monaco Virgin Hair for shipment.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has fully cleared.
This applies to all debit card, credit card, and third-party payment providers.
To protect our customers and our brand from fraud, all orders are subject to payment verification and security screening. Orders flagged by our system may require additional verification or may be canceled at our discretion.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Shipping time does not include processing time.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our processing, payment verification, and shipping policies and you are willing to wait until this process is finished before shipping.
CHARGEBACK, DISPUTE & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

This Chargeback, Dispute & Fraud Prevention Policy applies to all purchases made through 43 Extension (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our Shopify-powered website.
By placing an order on our website, the customer (“you”) acknowledges, understands, and legally agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. STRICT CHARGEBACK POLICY
43 Extension maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Customers must contact us directly to attempt resolution before filing any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this agreement and may be treated as suspected fraud.
2. FRAUDULENT OR INVALID CHARGEBACKS
The following are considered fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and will be formally disputed:
- Claiming an order was unauthorized when checkout verification was completed
- Claiming non-delivery when carrier tracking confirms delivery
- Claiming an item was “not as described” after receipt
- Claiming accidental purchase after checkout confirmation
- Claiming duplicate charges without valid proof
- Claiming non-receipt due to incorrect address entry by the customer
43 Extension reserves the right to submit all supporting evidence to dispute such claims.
3. FRAUD PREVENTION & VERIFICATION SYSTEMS
To protect our business and customers, 43 Extension utilizes advanced fraud-prevention technologies, including but not limited to:
IP Address Logging and Verification
Device & Location Fingerprinting
Billing and Shipping Address Matching
Payment Gateway Fraud Screening
Checkout Timestamp Verification
Carrier Delivery Confirmation
All data is securely logged and retained as legal evidence.
4. CHECKOUT AGREEMENT & TIMESTAMP CONSENT
By completing checkout, you confirm and agree that:
- You are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method
- You reviewed and accepted all store policies
- You intentionally placed the order
- You consent to all fraud-prevention and verification processes
Your acceptance is time-stamped, recorded, and stored electronically and may be used as evidence in disputes or legal proceedings.
5. BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS CONFIRMATION
Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer and marked Delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
43 Extension is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer
- Packages delivered to mailrooms, concierge desks, or third parties
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier but claimed missing
6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AS PROOF OF FULFILLMENT
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent) constitute legal proof of delivery.
Once tracking indicates Delivered, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.
This information will be submitted in response to any dispute or chargeback.
7. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK RESPONSE PROCESS
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, 43 Extension will submit the following documentation:
- IP address and device verification logs
- Checkout timestamp and agreement confirmation
- Billing and shipping address verification
- Payment authorization records
- Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation
- Customer communication history
We vigorously contest all invalid or fraudulent chargebacks.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
By purchasing from 43 Extension, customers agree to:
- Monitor their payment methods and account activity
- Contact us directly for resolution prior to filing disputes
- Acknowledge that chargebacks are not a replacement for customer support
Failure to comply may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Permanent account or address bans
- Blacklisting of billing, shipping, IP, or device data
- Legal recovery actions where permitted by law
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Illinois.
10. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order with 43 Extension, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Chargeback, Dispute & Fraud Prevention Policy in full.
