Because all items are hygienic, custom-prepared, and final sale, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances—except in the rare event we ship the wrong item or a defective product.
Why No Refunds?
Hair extensions are personal-wear products. For safety and quality control reasons, we cannot restock or resell any items once they leave our facility. This ensures every customer receives brand-new, untouched hair with every purchase.
Route Package Protection (Highly Recommended)
To ensure your order is fully protected, we strongly encourage adding Route Package Protection at checkout.
Route protects you from:

This Chargeback, Dispute & Fraud Prevention Policy applies to all purchases made through XLIII X-T3N5ON(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our Shopify-powered website.
By placing an order on our website, the customer (“you”) acknowledges, understands, and legally agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. STRICT CHARGEBACK POLICY
XLIII X-T3N5ON maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Customers must contact us directly to attempt resolution before filing any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank or payment provider.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of this agreement and may be treated as suspected fraud.
2. FRAUDULENT OR INVALID CHARGEBACKS
The following are considered fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and will be formally disputed:

Claiming an order was unauthorized when checkout verification was completed

Claiming non-delivery when carrier tracking confirms delivery

Claiming an item was “not as described” after receipt

Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer and marked Delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled.
XLIII X-T3N5ON is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to mailrooms, concierge desks, or third parties

Packages marked delivered by the carrier but claimed missing
6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AS PROOF OF FULFILLMENT
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent) constitute legal proof of delivery.
Once tracking indicates Delivered, the transaction is considered complete and fulfilled.
This information will be submitted in response to any dispute or chargeback.
7. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK RESPONSE PROCESS
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, XLIII X-T3N5ON will submit the following documentation:

Processing, Payment Verification & Shipping Information
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time allows our team to verify payment, confirm order details, and carefully prepare your Monaco Virgin Hair for shipment.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has fully cleared.
This applies to all debit card, credit card, and third-party payment providers.
To protect our customers and our brand from fraud, all orders are subject to payment verification and security screening. Orders flagged by our system may require additional verification or may be canceled at our discretion.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Shipping time does not include processing time.

- All bundles are made-to-order and are not pre-made or stocked
- Production time is 3–5 business days before shipment
- This timeframe is required to ensure proper customization, quality, and craftsmanship
Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for custom orders.
Customers agree that the processing time is part of the service for custom bundles, and not a delay
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept:
