Why We Cannot Cancel Orders

All products are hygienic, custom-prepared, and high-demand items, which cannot be restocked once production or packaging has begun.

Allowing cancellations would compromise our quality standards and customer experience for all clients.
Exceptions

In the rare event that XLIII X-T3N5ON ships an incorrect or defective product, we will provide an exchange for the same item.

Exchanges are processed at no additional cost to the customer.

No refunds will be issued for any reason other than shipment of the wrong product or defective items.
