Order Cancellation

  • All orders are final once submitted.

  • XLIII X-T3N5ON does not allow cancellations of any orders under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to all products, including:

    • Hair bundles

    • Wigs (pre-made or custom)

    • Closures and frontals

    • Accessories and add-ons, and products

Why We Cannot Cancel Orders

  • All products are hygienic, custom-prepared, and high-demand items, which cannot be restocked once production or packaging has begun.

  • Allowing cancellations would compromise our quality standards and customer experience for all clients.

Exceptions

  • In the rare event that XLIII X-T3N5ON ships an incorrect or defective product, we will provide an exchange for the same item.

  • Exchanges are processed at no additional cost to the customer.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason other than shipment of the wrong product or defective items.

Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All sales are final.

  2. Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
