Shipping policy
To protect our customers and our brand from fraud, all orders are subject to payment verification and security screening. Orders flagged by our system may require additional verification or may be canceled at our discretion.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. Shipping time does not include processing time.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our processing, payment verification, and shipping policies and you're are willing to wait until this process is finished before shipping
Shipping Carriers, Timeframes & Rates
We ship via UPS. Delivery time begins after your order has been processed.
Standard UPS — $11
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.
UPS Ground — $22.08
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.
• Recommended for larger or heavier orders.
UPS Express (Overnight) — $50
• Estimated delivery: next business day after shipment.
All delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are NOT GUARANTEED!!!!
Route Package Protection (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged shipments in transit
- Delivery errors
If Route is purchased, Route will handle replacement or refund claims directly. If you decline Route, please understand that 43 Extension is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.
Address Accuracy & Physical Address Requirement
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
43 Extension does not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-physical addresses. All orders must be sent to a valid residential or business physical address.
If an invalid or incorrect address is provided, we will contact you to supply a correct physical address. Failure to provide a valid address may result in order cancellation.
If an address mistake is discovered before shipment, contact support@43extension.com immediately. If the order has already shipped, customers must contact UPS directly to request reroute or pickup. 43 Extension will assist where reasonable but cannot guarantee carrier compliance.
Signature Requirement & High-Value Orders
Some orders, particularly high-value orders, may require a signature upon delivery. This reduces theft and missing package claims.
If you would like signature-required shipping and it is available for your order, contact Support before shipment.
International Shipping, Duties & Customs
We ship internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Customs processing can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe. 43 Extension cannot control customs inspections or charges.
Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Carrier delays, weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events outside our control are not the responsibility of 43 Extension.
No refunds will be issued for carrier delays. Route coverage may apply if purchased.
Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
If Route is purchased: file a claim via the Route portal linked in your order confirmation. Route will adjudicate and, where applicable, replace or refund your order.
If Route is not purchased: contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if damaged). 43 Extension will provide shipping confirmation and assist in opening carrier investigations, but replacement or refund is NOT ELIGIBLE!!!
Fraudulent Orders & Zero-Tolerance Policy
43 Extension maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Orders determined to be fraudulent (including chargebacks, identity theft, false claims, or unlawful activity) will result in:
- Refund of payment if applicable per investigation, and
- Permanent ban from placing future orders
43 Extension reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement and payment processors in any criminal or civil investigation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

CHARGEBACK, DISPUTE & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

This Chargeback, Dispute & Fraud Prevention Policy applies to all purchases made through 43 Extension (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order on our website, the customer (“you”) acknowledges, understands, and legally agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. STRICT CHARGEBACK POLICY
43 Extension maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
Customers must contact us directly to attempt resolution before filing any chargeback, payment dispute, or claim.
2. FRAUDULENT OR INVALID CHARGEBACKS
The following are considered fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and will be formally disputed:
- Claiming an order was unauthorized when checkout verification was completed
- Claiming non-delivery when carrier tracking confirms delivery
- Claiming an item was “not as described” after receipt
- Claiming accidental purchase after checkout confirmation
- Claiming duplicate charges without valid proof
- Claiming non-receipt due to incorrect address entry
43 Extension reserves the right to submit all supporting evidence.
3. FRAUD PREVENTION & VERIFICATION SYSTEMS
43 Extension utilizes advanced fraud-prevention technologies, including:
- IP Address Logging and Verification
- Device & Location Fingerprinting
- Billing and Shipping Address Matching
- Payment Gateway Fraud Screening
- Checkout Timestamp Verification
- Carrier Delivery Confirmation
4. CHECKOUT AGREEMENT & TIMESTAMP CONSENT
By completing checkout, you confirm:
- You are the authorized cardholder
- You accepted all store policies
- You intentionally placed the order
- You consent to verification processes
5. BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS CONFIRMATION
43 Extension is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages delivered to third parties
- Delivered packages claimed missing
6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Carrier tracking marked Delivered is legal proof of fulfillment.
7. DISPUTE RESPONSE
43 Extension will submit:
- IP logs
- Timestamp proof
- Address verification
- Payment authorization
- Tracking confirmation
- Communication history
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
- Monitor accounts
- Contact support before disputes
Failure may result in bans, blacklisting, or legal action.
9. GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the State of Illinois.
10. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
